Elsdon started his career in Kiwibank, in Wellington before moving to Auckland in 2013 to join Westpac.  He recently added Insurance advising to his portfolio and now takes a lot of pride in helping his clients find the most appropriate financial solution across both lending and insurance. 

He is an active supporter of local Basketball and is involved with charity work at the YMCA supporting youth basketball.
